The team at Inspiration Corporation networks with businesses to develop partnerships that will assist these job seekers in securing employment and advancing up the career ladder. Our staff are trained to assist employers in matching their open positions with the skills and experiences of the many job seekers we serve on a daily basis, provide support services that assist in the retention of highly qualified workers, and support the HR function of your company. Here is a sample of the services we offer at no cost to local employers:
- Recruitment Assistance: Find those hard-working individuals with the skills and qualifications you desire.
- Pre-Screening: Each job seeker is evaluated to determine the job seekers’ readiness, motivation, and ability to work. All of the job seekers enrolled in the program have completed a Employment Preparation Training program designed to address topics including goal setting, time management, team building, and communication skills. The job seekers that complete this training acquire the essential skills to succeed in their jobs and become assets to the companies that employ them. We can also pre-qualify potential applicants in accordance with your business’s hiring criteria prior to presenting the candidates for your consideration.
- Featured Business: Become a featured business and share your expertise with our job seekers. Opportunities include mock interviewing, workshop presnetations, and the option to have job fairs and recruiting events organized and held at our location for your convenience.
- Tax Credit Assistance: The team at Inspiration Corporation are available to assist you in determining if you are eligible to receive a tax credit upon hiring an applicant. Staff can assist you in acquiring and completing the appropriate forms.
